THE ROLE
This is a senior creative leadership position. You'll own the visual and conceptual identity of the brand across every touchpoint from campaign concepting and website to commercials, photography and advertising assets. You'll work closely with a lean, high-output team and be expected to do both: lead and make.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Visual identity stewardship — typography, color, photography direction, and design system

Brand creative direction across all channels: social, email, YouTube, editorial, paid, and site

Campaign concepting and execution

Creative leadership of Art Director, photographers, designers, and external collaborators

Seasonal campaign calendars and moment-driven creative (Dads & Grads, holidays, launches)

Partnership with content, editorial, and influencer teams to ensure visual coherence

Website photography, videography, font hierarchy, and color

Lead and implement a brand refresh including logo, typography, colors, and photo direction, utilizing data and audience profile

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

10+ years in creative leadership, ideally across luxury, fashion, or lifestyle brands

A portfolio that demonstrates taste, restraint, and editorial thinking vs trend-chasing

Experience directing photography and video production; comfort on set

Fluency in both brand and performance creative — you know when to prioritize which

Strong design system sensibility — you think in systems, not one-offs

Ability to manage up, across, and down — with a clear point of view and a collaborative instinct

NICE TO HAVE

Background in e-commerce or marketplace brands

Experience building or scaling a brand guide from the ground up

Comfort with motion design and video-first creative workflows
