What you will do Lead all site R&D activities and act as the accountable leader for the Bioenhancement Center of Excellence
Define and execute R&D strategy aligned with business and global innovation priorities
Represent the site on the global R&D Leadership Team and influence strategic direction
Oversee the full innovation pipeline, including prioritization, governance, and resource planning
Build, mentor, and develop a high‑performing R&D organization
Engage with customers, partners, and the scientific community as a thought leader
Drive innovation and service development in partnership with commercial and marketing teams
What we are looking for Advanced degree in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field
Extensive experience in bioenhancement, drug delivery, or related R&D environments
Proven leadership of multidisciplinary R&D teams and global innovation programs
Strong scientific expertise in pharmaceutical development and bioenhancement technologies
Experience aligning local execution with global strategy and driving transformation
Business mindset with experience in prioritization, risk management, and service development
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across senior and external audiences
