Strategic Media Relations Director - Education

Atlanta Public Schools is seeking a Director of Media Relations to serve as the district's primary spokesperson and media strategist. This role involves developing and executing media strategies that enhance the district’s reputation. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in media relations.
The Director will work collaboratively with district leadership to shape external narratives and manage media relations across various platforms. Strong communication skills are essential. This position requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to work on-site during regular business hours.
