Responsibilities
Set up and operate wafer manufacturing equipment
Recommend ways to improve process control and yield
Maintain accurate documentation of wafer/lot processing
Perform shift and weekly qualifications on wafer equipment
Light maintenance work
Maintain a safe work environment
(may include housekeeping, labeling, and proper disposal of waste)
Qualifications
Required: US citizenship or permanent residency
Required: High school diploma or G.E.D.
Preferred: AAS degree in an engineering technology field
— or — equivalent education
— or — equivalent prior experience in semiconductor industry
Preferred: 2+ years’ experience in semiconductor fab (R&D or manufacturing)
Preferred: Experience as semiconductor fab operations/manufacturing technician
Technical Skills
Comfortable working with chemicals
Able to work in a flexible development environment
Good understanding of Statistical Process Control principles and application
Able to use Microsoft OfficePersonal Skills
Quick learner
Team-oriented; able to work collaboratively in a team environment and in individual roles
Clear, concise verbal and written skills
Can understand and communicate effectively with Management, Engineering, Vendors, Customers
Reliability in attendance and work quality a must
Flexible; willing to learn and grow in a startup environment
Commitment to quality output
Able to expand roles/responsibilities
Physical Requirements
Must be able to:
Stand for long periods of time
Lift lot boxes, 2-35 lbs.
Wear cleanroom attire, including protective eye gear and face mask
Other Requirements
Must be able to work flexible hours based on company needs
