We create an environment where you can think big, have fun and truly make a difference.Position Summary:The Business Development Executive is responsible for supporting the organization's business objectives by building and maintaining long term business relationships with client managers. This individual should effectively and consistently communicate by telephone with client managers and identify and generate consultant assignment opportunities from a database of client managers.Responsibilities:Identify client managers through cold calling, researching print materialCall potential and existing hiring managers within client companiesNetwork with existing managers to identify new managers within client companiesCoordinate with DSA and CS groups to generate leads and schedule visitsSell the benefits of utilizing Oxford's services and differentiate Oxford from competitionPosition Oxford as a total technical solution providerThrough monthly calls, develop long term business relationshipsEnsure the quality of the database information through follow-up calls and correspondenceGather organizational information such as consultant usage trends, prior consultant bill rates, high demand skills, upcoming projectsEducate and exchange market data with client managersGenerate consultant assignment opportunities with new and existing client managersAssist client managers in defining their consultant needsWork with the client manager and clearly define the skills required on a consultant assignmentDetermine the consultant's project assignment start and end datesEstablish contract and credit terms with the hiring managerResolve all issues pertaining to a consultant's employment in a timely fashionRegularly audit usage to ensure you are working with managers who are buyingOther duties as assignedQualifications:Bachelor's degree in business preferredPrior experience identifying and generating sales opportunities is preferredMUST be comfortable making high volume outbound sales calls in a call center environmentExcellent verbal and written communications skills is a mustCreative, outgoing, energetic person with a demonstrable track record of exceeding goalsAbility to multitask in a fast paced, competitive environment.Solid analytical and problem solving skillsProven knowledge of MS Office productsSupervision Exercised: noneSupervision Received: Director, Business DevelopmentFor US job seekers:Salary Information: $25.48-$33.65 HourlyPlease contact careers@oxfordcorp.com if you are interested in this position.Oxford is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
