Program Architect

Join a dynamic team as a Program Architect, where you'll lead the architectural vision for a transformative ADMS program. This role is pivotal in aligning enterprise strategy with execution to deliver impactful business outcomes. Responsibilities include:
Leading the development and execution of the architecture roadmap for the ADMS program.
Acting as the primary decision-maker for architectural trade-offs and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Translating enterprise strategies into actionable program architectures and guiding technology investments.
Overseeing architectural governance across vendors and system integrators to ensure sustainable solutions.
Advising executive leadership on architectural decisions and driving clarity in complex situations.
Designing integration architectures for real-time systems supporting grid operations.
Identifying and mitigating architectural risks to ensure program stability and success.
Ensuring the architecture is ready for deployment and operational use, supporting resilience and disaster recovery.
Skills include:
Extensive experience in architecture, engineering, or senior technical leadership roles within the Electrical Utility or Energy domain.
Proven leadership in large-scale transformation programs and experience with mission-critical systems.
Hands-on expertise with ADMS systems and a deep understanding of grid operations workflows.
Strong skills in real-time systems architecture, event-driven designs, and high-availability systems.
Exceptional communication skills to translate complex architectures into business outcomes.
Preferred skills include:
Experience with IT/OT convergence and cybersecurity, particularly NERC CIP awareness.
Ability to lead without authority and influence across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proven track record in challenging and improving vendor solutions and delivery approaches.
