Audiobook Producer

Managing the production of a high volume of audiobook titles, the full-time remote Audiobook Producer will source production vendors, develop casting lists, and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Key responsibilities

Source and engage with production vendors and outside contractors, including narrators and studios
Develop casting lists and collaborate with other producers to expand the talent pool
Ensure audiobook production runs on schedule and within budget while maintaining high production quality

Required qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience in audiobook production
Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize under pressure
Detail-oriented and well-organized with excellent communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; proficiency in Airtable is a plus
Conversational or fluent in Spanish is a plus
