Working remotely on a contract basis, the 3D Visualizer will create high-quality, photorealistic interior renderings, collaborating with the design team to bring concepts to life and enhance client presentations.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with interior designers to interpret design briefs and develop visual concepts
Create detailed 3D renderings of interior spaces using tools like AutoCAD and SketchUp
Develop mood boards and lighting studies to support visual presentations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, 3D Visualization, or a related field
5+ years of proven experience as a 3D Visualizer with a strong portfolio
Proficiency in visualization tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent sense of lighting, color, and composition
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
