Director, Global Commercial Lead, GU DAS, Bladder Cancer, INLEXZO

J&J Global Services, LLC a company of Johnson & Johnson, is recruiting for a Director, Global Commercial Lead, GU DAS, Bladder Cancer, INLEXZO located in Raritan, NJ.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Lead commercial strategy including, but not limited to launch excellence, market shaping & development, go-to-market model, and LCM efforts for INLEXZO +/- CET
Coordinate with business partners to ensure strategic alignment and execution.
Monitor post-launch performance and optimize uptake and growth strategies
Ensure global strategy is translated effectively into regional/local execution
Establish and track performance against plan, delivering executive updates and data-driven recommendations to inform governance decisions
Partner across a diverse matrix of collaborators to deliver results.
Create a culture of patient centricity and best practice sharing.
The qualified candidate should be an agile team player who is able to lead and contribute in cross-functional teams, gain alignment and drive decision making with regional commercial colleagues on the commercial strategy and tactical plans. This individual will have the ability to understand, interpret and communicate commercial and competitive implications of complex technical/clinical/regulatory data. This individual must understand clinical data and the ability to interact with R&D colleagues on scientific issues. This individual must demonstrate strong leadership presence through influencing without authority with high-level management, detailed orientation, and excellent critical thinking.
Qualifications:
A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required. Postgraduate qualification, PhD, MBA, or other graduate degree or equivalent experience is strongly preferred.
A minimum of 7 years of dynamic experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required.
A minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience translating data, insights into marketing or medical strategy required
3 years demonstrated marketing, market access, analytics, or sales management/training experience implementing marketing strategy is preferred.
Prior Oncology experience or scientific background is strongly preferred.
An ability to handle multiple demands and priorities on time, lead teams, gain alignment and driving decision making is required.
Senior brand responsibility, alliance management experience, people management, product launch, experience in working with global teams and a strong understanding of pharmaceutical development is preferred.
Significant international experience; specifically, previous working experience with complicated geographies; working knowledge of differing reimbursement markets is preferred.
Strong executive, verbal and written communication skills are required, along with demonstrated presentation skills.
This position is based in Raritan, NJ and will require up to 25% domestic and international travel.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:
$150,000.00 - $258,750.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.
