Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Senior Affiliates Manager for an exciting contract opportunity with an innovative financial services organization. In this role, you will lead the strategy, growth, and optimization of affiliate marketing partnerships focused on consumer lending products. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer acquisition, maximize campaign performance, and deliver measurable revenue growth through data-driven affiliate marketing initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage and grow affiliate partnerships across multiple performance marketing channels.
Oversee the day-to-day management of affiliate programs to ensure partner success and operational excellence.
Develop and execute strategies to increase affiliate-driven lead generation, conversions, and revenue.
Identify, recruit, negotiate, onboard, and cultivate new affiliate partners.
Analyze campaign performance and implement optimization strategies to maximize ROI.
Monitor affiliate performance through forecasting, reporting, and analytics.
Leverage data to optimize placements, creative assets, and overall campaign effectiveness.
Scale affiliate channel performance while meeting business growth objectives.
Develop affiliate engagement strategies and maintain strong partner relationships.
Partner closely with Marketing, Growth Engineering, Data Science, Product, and Business teams.
Ensure affiliate marketing activities comply with internal policies and applicable regulations.
Present performance insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Help develop scalable affiliate marketing processes and long-term growth strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.
7+ years of professional marketing or performance marketing experience.
3+ years of affiliate marketing experience.
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, lead generation, and performance marketing strategies.
Experience optimizing affiliate partnerships to drive measurable business results.
Proven success negotiating and managing strategic affiliate relationships.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
Experience with affiliate marketing and reporting platforms such as:
Tableau
Impact
Snowflake
Similar analytics and reporting tools
Strong forecasting, reporting, and campaign analysis experience.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to marketing initiatives.
