Senior Marketing Manager Away From Home (AFH)

Away From Home (AFH) comprises of workplace, hospitality, foodservice, and convenience channels. The AFH customers primarily consist of a large distributor network.
Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Senior Marketing Manager with a proven track record of success to join our team. This person will play a role in supporting and growing our iconic Keurig brands in the out-of-home marketplace while driving adoption and expansion for KDP coffee solutions.
As a Senior Marketing Manager for the Away from Home team, you will have supervisory responsibilities and will be expected to lead, develop and execute strategic marketing plans, activations and programing with our customers and across the AFH Channel.
Develop and lead marketing plans & implementation of key marketing initiatives for select Away From Home customers, focusing on retention, demand generation, & new account acquisition.
Activate best in class B2B & B2C campaigns and POP installations that drive growth for KDP's brewer and beverage innovation across diverse platforms including retail, ecom, digital and contract channels.
Partner with sales and commercialization to create robust selling stories based on insights that can unlock new opportunities and drive new business initiatives across the channel.
Collaborate closely with Sales, supporting them with/in customer presentations and events

including leading the planning for major industry shows.
Brief and lead external agencies and partners from planning to execution.
Analyze marketing program results and develop recommendations for improvement.
Leverage consumer and industry insights in all marketing efforts.
Build effective and productive relationships with customers and external partners.
Track and manage initiatives against a budget and execution timeline.

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business with minimum 10 years of related work experience, preferably in a "Fortune 500" company or in the Consumer-Packaged Goods, Beverage, Small Appliance or related industries. Trade Marketing, B2B Marketing, Shopper Marketing, or Customer Marketing experience preferred Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills to interact and communicate effectively with colleagues, cross-functional teams, and your customers. Highly creative, self-motivated and analytical. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines in a complex environment A passion for story-telling and marketing to create compelling selling stories, and the ability to brief in other marketing creative as needed People management experience preferred Travel: Domestic, up to 25%.
