To support a growing team, the full-time remote Talent Management Director will own full-cycle talent management and recruiting efforts, acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers to attract and retain top talent across technical and non-technical roles.
Key responsibilities
Design and execute a data-driven hiring strategy to attract high-performing candidates across all departments
Elevate employer branding through social media, events, and networking to position the company as a top destination for talent
Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for various roles
Required qualifications
6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical roles such as software engineers or data scientists
Experience in regulated or government environments, including knowledge of U.S. citizenship and security clearance requirements
Proven ability to proactively source candidates and manage multiple open positions simultaneously
Strong collaboration and communication skills to effectively partner with hiring managers and HR teams
Experience in a small, fast-paced, and/or remote team environment is preferred
