Creator Manager Job at Virtual Vocations Inc in New York

Supporting high-level creators in their long-term growth, the fully remote Creator Manager will manage relationships, develop audience growth strategies, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance revenue and content ideation.
Key responsibilities

Manage relationships with creators, producers, networks, and publishers to foster audience growth
Identify and negotiate partnerships with new content creators while developing bespoke strategies for revenue enhancement
Ensure sales teams have the necessary information to monetize creators' shows effectively and support branded content initiatives

Required qualifications

Fluency in French and based in Montreal
Experience working directly with talent, creators, and agents
Commercially-minded with a strong understanding of content and audience growth
Previous experience in creator or branded partnerships, production, journalism, digital media, or marketing
Tech-savviness and a passion for podcasting
