To drive organic growth, the full-time remote Bilingual SEO Strategy Lead will define the enterprise SEO vision, establish cross-functional requirements, and oversee technical SEO frameworks while optimizing digital initiatives for discoverability and performance.
Key responsibilities
Define the enterprise SEO vision and top-of-funnel strategy aligned with revenue and growth targets
Guide prioritization and alignment across engineering, product, content, and marketing teams
Establish governance standards for Core Web Vitals, site performance, and technical SEO frameworks
Required qualifications
Proven experience in developing and executing SEO strategies at an enterprise level
Strong understanding of technical SEO, site architecture, and performance optimization
Familiarity with measurement frameworks using GA4, Google Search Console, and GTM
Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving alignment across departments
Expertise in AI-enabled content strategies and incremental organic traffic generation
