Director of Community Relations (Senior Living Sales) – Salem, Oregon
Responsibilities
Build relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners throughout the Salem area.
Conduct community tours and guide prospects through the senior living decision‑making process.
Develop and execute outreach strategies that support occupancy goals.
Cultivate partnerships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and local businesses.
Follow up on inquiries, maintain prospect records, and coordinate successful move‑ins.
Partner with community leaders and the marketing team to increase awareness of our communities and services.
Represent The Springs Living with professionalism, authenticity, and enthusiasm in every interaction.
Qualifications
Sales and management experience in the senior living industry or similar relationship‑based sales experience familiar with the Salem market.
A proven ability to build trust, develop relationships, and achieve results.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A self‑starter who enjoys working independently while contributing to a larger team.
Genuine compassion for older adults and a desire to make a positive impact in their lives.
