The Company
Our Client is a luxury experiential agency and they are looking for a Producer to join their team in a FT capacity. The agency specializes in high touch experiences for a wide range of high end brands - principally luxury, lifestyle and fashion focused.
The Role
The Producer oversees full cycle delivery from end to end for a variety of experiential activations and events. These experiences will cover a diverse portfolio across activations, popups, product launches, dinners and private events. Role will be remote hybrid in NY.
Key responsibilities will include:
Managing and coordinating all aspects of events from concept through to brief, ideation, design, fabrication and event delivery
Overseeing the management of all on-site logistics for events
Client relationship management and communications
Managing project timelines, production schedules, critical paths, run sheets and supplier contracts
Manage all event registrations, guest lists and VIP invitations and requirements for attendees
Managing project budgets and reporting to ensure financial profitability and value for clients
Support the contract management and manage suppliers including venues, audio visual, F&B and transportation providers
Providing the highest support to clients at all times
Participating in the creative ideation process to brainstorm concepts and develop and ideate designs and themes
Conduct site inspections
Serve as the point of contact for event attendees and answer any queries
Reports to the Director of Events
This Job is Ideal for Someone who has
4-6 years Production experience within an agency environment
Experience working within the experiential, event production or special events industries highly preferred
Experience with clients from fashion and luxury highly preferrred
Demonstrated supplier and project management skills
Strong attention to detail, flexibility, time management and problem solving skills
Excellent client focus with attention to detail, flexibility and accountability for results
Excellent creative sense for design, visual, sound, and theatricality
Passion for and deep knowledge and understanding of the events, film and entertainment industries
Experience managing and writing Client briefs
Excellent time management and problem solving skills
Passion for events and an eagerness to learn
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent computer skills
Able to work autonomously and in a team
Staff management experience
Flexible, dependable, detail orientated, innovative, motivated and enthusiastic about delivering exceptional events
The Candidate must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed; as well as participate in overnight travel for events
Local and interstate travel may be required
Bachelor's Degree preferred
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 + discretionary bonus + benefits annually, dependent on experience. The salary is based on a range of factors, including relevant experience, skills, knowledge, job-related qualifications, complexity of the role, market considerations, geographic location and region, and budgetary considerations. This is the anticipated base salary component of the total compensation package, which may include additional company benefits such as bonuses, commission, paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and retirement.
