Owning the visual and experiential identity of the company, the full-time remote Designer will elevate the website and UX, focusing on improving customer engagement and conversion through effective design and collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end design of the website, including information architecture, visual design, and conversion optimization
Lead UX design for the product, conducting user research and usability testing to create intuitive interfaces
Build and maintain a design system that scales across web, product, and marketing surfaces while stewarding the brand's visual identity
Required Qualifications
5+ years of design experience in web, product/UX, and brand
Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped website work and product UX
Expert-level fluency in Figma and familiarity with prototyping tools and modern web design patterns
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and design handoff processes to engineering
Excellent attention to detail and a high quality bar
