Responsibilities
Oversee daily center operations and staffing
Ensure full compliance with all DCFS licensing requirements
Maintain safe classroom supervision and operational procedures
Manage staff schedules, coaching, accountability, and performance
Build strong relationships with families and prospective parents
Conduct tours and support enrollment growth
Monitor classroom quality, ratios, and curriculum implementation
Respond professionally to parent concerns and operational issues
Support a positive, organized, and professional center culture
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting
Collaborate closely with ownership regarding center operations and strategic goals

Qualifications
Associate’s degree (or equivalent)
+ 21 semester hours in ECE/child development
+ credential or administration coursework.
