Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair a variety of automotive issues efficiently.

Perform routine maintenance and inspections on vehicles.

Supervise and mentor junior mechanics to enhance their skills.

Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.

Communicate effectively with customers about vehicle issues and solutions.

Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.

Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Promptly greet customers, listen to their vehicle concerns, and record detailed symptoms into the management system.

Calculate labor, parts, and supply costs to create accurate repair orders.

Requirements

Minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a mechanic.

ASE certification is preferred.

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.

Proficiency with automotive repair tools and equipment.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
