About the Role
Niche Creative Agency is looking for a detail-oriented Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator to support a portfolio of interior designers, custom builders, showrooms, and home industry brands. This is a production-focused role responsible for turning existing content into polished social media content. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
What You’ll Do
Edit short‑form video content for Instagram Reels and Stories
Create static posts and carousels in Canva
Write and refine social media captions
Organize content assets and maintain content libraries
Schedule content and prepare posts for client approval
Follow established brand guidelines and content strategies
Collaborate with our Operations Manager to keep projects on schedule
Assist with occasional content capture at project sites or industry events
What We’re Looking For
Experience creating content for social media
Strong Canva skills
Experience editing short‑form video
Excellent attention to detail
Strong written communication skills
Ability to manage deadlines without constant supervision
Professional and reliable
Comfortable receiving feedback and implementing revisions
Bonus Points
Experience working with interior designers, builders, architects, or luxury brands
Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, or Rella
Photography or content capture experience
Compensation
Competitive hourly pay based on experience and portfolio
Schedule
Part‑time. Approximately 10–20 hours per week to start. Flexible schedule with occasional daytime availability required.
