Hands-On Customer Service Manager - Manufacturing Ops

Contour Windows in Auburn Hills is seeking a hands-on Customer Service Manager who will lead the Customer Service department while ensuring excellent service levels. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of customer service experience, is skilled in problem-solving, and enjoys leading by example.
