This role combines creative execution with project leadership for Campbell’s eCommerce business. It includes developing digital content, ensuring alignment with brand, legal, and retailer requirements, and supporting photo editing and asset creation that drives both quality and cost efficiency. In addition, it supports team leadership through training, onboarding, process guidance, and client engagement, helping deliver consistent, high‑quality work and strong collaboration.
Job Responsibilities
Create conceptual and adaptive eCommerce assets aligned to brand, legal, regulatory, and retailer requirements.
Attention to detail, including file naming and file management.
Upload files to DAM platform.
Familiarity with online platforms and basic web functions.
Typeset regulatory content, such as NFP Ingredients.
Manage digital assets, metadata, linking, and file naming standards.
Represent the SGX team in client meetings and business reviews while building trusted relationships.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design.
Intermediate to Advanced skill level in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
High proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications.
Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem‑solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, and reasoning).
Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers, colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external clients.
Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast‑paced and deadline‑oriented environment.
Ability to work in an agile environment as processes and workflows develop.
Ability to work with and influence peers and management.
Self‑motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting.
Physical Aspects / Work Environment
Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; and talk, hear and see.
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
