Responsibilities

Design and develop marketing materials including brochures, flyers, signage, posters, digital graphics, event assets, and internal collateral to support marketing initiatives.

Prepare print‑ready and digital files in accordance with established specifications and production standards.

Support updates and revisions to existing marketing materials as needed, maintaining accuracy and alignment with current campaigns.

Coordinate and manage incoming marketing requests from branch locations and internal departments, ensuring accurate intake, tracking, and timely execution of deliverables.

Maintain project timelines and provide regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and on‑time completion.

Provide marketing support for branch promotions, community events, and openings, ensuring materials and activities align with marketing plans and brand standards.

Coordinate signage, graphics, and supporting materials for branch events, managing logistics and deliverables.

Assist with the selection, ordering, and distribution of promotional products, executing established processes and vendor guidelines.

Coordinate with vendors to request pricing, place orders, and track deliveries, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.

Maintain visibility into promotional product inventory and usage, supporting efficient tracking and replenishment.

Support brand audits of branch locations by reviewing signage, displays, and marketing materials for brand compliance.

Assist in coordinating updates, replacements, or corrections to maintain brand compliance, ensuring timely execution.

This is a regular hourly non‑exempt full‑time position averaging approximately 40 hours per week. Schedule may vary between 7:30 am and 5:30 pm CST Monday through Friday. The position will work on‑site at the IncredibleBank branch located on 17th Avenue in Wausau, WI. Travel may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

2 to 4 years of experience in marketing, design, or marketing support role.

Demonstrated experience in graphic design for print and digital applications.

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, with the ability to produce high‑quality, brand‑aligned materials.

Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands.

High attention to detail and commitment to quality across all deliverables.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and effective communication.
