Role Overview
Position:

Sales Support – Maternity cover (6‑month fixed‑term contract)
Location:

Sheffield
Salary:

£13 per hour basic + Bonus
Hours:

40 hours, 5 days out of 7 on a rota – weekend working required

Key Responsibilities

Delivering fantastic customer service over the phone and face‑to‑face

Managing administration tasks and resolving customer queries with efficiency

Using the CRM system to track and resolve customer cases

Understanding each customer’s needs upon arrival and ensuring a smooth handover to the right team member

Liaising with internal teams to resolve enquiries and complaints

Working as part of a team to ensure customer service (NPS) targets are met every month

Qualifications & Requirements

Full UK driving licence is essential

Experience delivering great customer service – any industry

Strong communication, organisational and teamwork skills

Confidence using systems and managing administration tasks

Enthusiastic, proactive and customer‑focused attitude
