We are seeking a strategic, well-connected Head of PR & Influencer to lead brand storytelling, earned media, and creator partnerships for a fast-growing beauty brand. This person will shape the external narrative across beauty, wellness, lifestyle, business, and culture. The role will drive high-impact press, celebrity, and influencer relationships, as well as integrated campaign visibility. Ideal candidates bring strong communications leadership, sharp brand instincts, and a proven ability to turn cultural moments into measurable brand impact.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Lead and evolve PR and influencer strategy across earned media, storytelling, and cultural positioning.
- Own the external brand narrative and secure impactful media placements across print, digital, broadcast, podcast, and emerging channels.
- Develop and manage the annual PR calendar in alignment with product launches, campaigns, retail moments, and brand initiatives.
- Oversee media outreach, press materials, briefing documents, and proactive story development.
- Build and scale long-term influencer and creator partnerships with clear performance expectations and ROI accountability.
- Identify celebrity, talent, and ambassador opportunities that strengthen brand relevance and expand audience reach.
- Manage PR agencies and external partners while ensuring strong collaboration, execution, and measurable outcomes.
- Own communications budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting with actionable insights.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, social, creative, and retail teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Bring significant leadership experience in PR, influencer marketing, or brand communications, ideally within beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
