Executive Director Theatre Growth & Strategy

Minnesota Council of Nonprofits is seeking a Managing Director to lead the Park Square Theatre during a strategic growth phase. The ideal candidate will provide executive leadership, oversee financial and operational functions, and collaborate closely with the Artistic Director. Applicants should have extensive senior leadership experience in nonprofits, strong financial acumen, and a passion for the role of theatre in building community. This is a full-time position located in Saint Paul, MN.
