Key Responsibilities
Design professional and accessible print and electronic educational publications.
Maintain and organize project documents such as revisions, approvals, drafts, and artwork.
Maintain project deadlines and utilize designated project management software.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts from creation to support.
Uphold expectations of multiple stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of multiple simultaneous projects.
Experiment with emerging technologies to deliver content according to internal quality standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphics Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
No prior experience required.
Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a related field.
Demonstrated skill in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign.
Experience creating accessible publications per current WCAG standards.
Critical thinking, self‑motivation, and self‑management skills with the ability to follow through on all phases of projects independently of direct supervision.
Salary and Benefits
Pay Grade 8 – compensation commensurate with qualifications.
This is not a remote position; however, after a 90‑day performance review, partial remote and flexible schedules may be accepted for qualifying candidates.
