Job Details: Title: 3D Motion Designer Location: Newark, CA Duration: 06 months of contract to Hire Pay Range: $80/Hr. to $85/Hr. Benefits: The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, (paid time , paid sick and safe time , hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, paid holidays annually - AS Applicable) Job Description: Design and produce high-quality 3D motion graphics and animations for user interfaces, including in-vehicle displays, mobile apps, and web experiences Translate interaction and UX concepts into motion systems that enhance usability, clarity, and delight Develop prototypes, transitions, micro interactions, and system-level motion language Collaborate cross-functionally with UX/UI designers, engineers, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of motion into the product Partner with Industrial Design, brand, and marketing teams to ensure visual consistency across digital and physical touchpoints Optimize motion assets for performance across platforms and hardware constraints Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years of professional experience in motion design, 3D animation, or a related field Strong portfolio demonstrating 3D motion, interaction design, and storytelling within digital product environments Expertise in industry-standard tools such as: Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar 3D software After Effects and/or other motion design tools
