Recruitment Account Executive

To support local businesses in their recruitment efforts, the remote Recruitment Account Executive will build client relationships, recommend digital marketing solutions, and manage a sales pipeline while earning uncapped commissions.
Key responsibilities

Build relationships with new and existing clients through consultative conversations
Prospect leads via phone calls and emails while managing sales goals
Recommend and sell a suite of digital advertising solutions to meet client needs

Required qualifications

A bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant sales or customer service experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A competitive mindset and eagerness to learn
Confidence in engaging with clients over the phone
Basic computer skills, with CRM experience as a bonus
