Position Overview **

The Part-Time Social Media Coordinator will work in our Southfield office, managing day-to-day social media activities and helping to build a strong online voice for our company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys staying ahead of social media trends, and can translate creative ideas into compelling content.

Key Responsibilities **

Develop and maintain a consistent posting schedule across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, etc.).

Create, edit, and post engaging content—images, videos, and captions—that reflect the brand identity.

Monitor current social media trends and recommend new strategies or platform features to enhance engagement.

Track and analyze performance metrics to improve reach and impact.

Collaborate with the marketing and leadership teams to align social media efforts with business goals.

Respond to comments, messages, and follower interactions in a professional, timely manner.

Qualifications **

Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business, brand, or organization.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and trends.

Basic design or video editing skills (using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).

Excellent communication and writing skills.

Organized, creative, and proactive attitude.

Ability to work part-time, on-site in Southfield, MI.

Schedule & Compensation **

Approximately 15–20 hours per week.

In-office position located in Southfield, MI.

Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
