The VP of Affiliate will serve as the visionary leader for our affiliate practice, responsible for defining the next generation of performance-based partnerships. In an era defined by AI disruption, shifting search landscapes, and the "content-to-commerce" evolution, you will be the primary architect of strategies that keep our clients ahead of the curve. You will oversee high-level client relationships, drive departmental P&L, and mentor a high-performing team of experts to deliver industry-leading results.
The annual base salary range for this roles' listed level is currently $160,000-$180,000 plus performance bonus of up to 25%. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
