Lights, Camera, Compassion: Golf Outing Videographer

We're looking for a creative volunteer videographer to help capture the memorable moments of BVMI's Annual Golf Outing. The footage will be used to create promotional videos highlighting the event's success, celebrate our supporters, and raise awareness of BVMI's mission to provide free healthcare to uninsured working adults in Bergen County.
Responsibilities
Record video throughout your assigned shift.
Capture event highlights, golfer interactions, sponsor recognition, volunteer activities, and the overall atmosphere.
Film scenic footage of the golf course and event venue.
Record brief interviews or testimonials from participants when appropriate.
Provide raw footage (or an edited highlight reel if desired) to BVMI
Qualifications
Ability to capture steady, well-composed footage in a busy outdoor environment.
Friendly, professional, and comfortable engaging with event participants.
Must provide your own video equipment, batteries, and memory cards.
Time Commitment
Choose one or more shifts:
10:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Registration, breakfast, golfer arrivals)
12:30 PM – 5:00 PM (On-course activities and event highlights)
5:00 PM – 8:30 PM (Reception, dinner, awards ceremony, raffle, and closing celebration)
