💰 Base Salary: $125K–$170K
🎯 OTE:** $230K–$340K (50/50 split) + Competitive Equity

Are you an experienced Enterprise Account Executive** looking to join a fast-growing AI startup and make a significant impact from day one?
We're partnering with a well-funded, early-stage AI company that's transforming the insurance industry through cutting-edge AI technology. This is a unique opportunity to become a **Founding Enterprise Account Executive**, helping build the enterprise sales function from the ground up while working closely with executive leadership.
### What You'll Do:
✅ Own the complete enterprise sales cycle—from prospecting to closing six-figure SaaS deals.
✅ Build and manage your own pipeline (approximately 85% outbound).
✅ Conduct discovery calls, product demos, negotiations, and contract execution.
✅ Collaborate directly with leadership to develop and scale the company's sales strategy.
✅ Manage complex sales involving multiple enterprise stakeholders.
✅ Drive customer expansion and long-term account growth.
### What We're Looking For:
✔️ 3–8 years of B2B SaaS sales experience in a startup environment.
✔️ At least 1 year of enterprise closing experience.
✔️ Proven success closing enterprise deals with $200K+ ACV.
✔️ Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation skills.
✔️ Self-starter with a builder mindset and entrepreneurial attitude.
