Are you an experienced Enterprise Account Executive** looking to join a fast-growing AI startup and make a significant impact from day one?
We're partnering with a well-funded, early-stage AI company that's transforming the insurance industry through cutting-edge AI technology. This is a unique opportunity to become a **Founding Enterprise Account Executive**, helping build the enterprise sales function from the ground up while working closely with executive leadership.
### What You'll Do:
✅ Own the complete enterprise sales cycle—from prospecting to closing six-figure SaaS deals.
âś… Build and manage your own pipeline (approximately 85% outbound).
âś… Conduct discovery calls, product demos, negotiations, and contract execution.
âś… Collaborate directly with leadership to develop and scale the company's sales strategy.
âś… Manage complex sales involving multiple enterprise stakeholders.
âś… Drive customer expansion and long-term account growth.
### What We're Looking For:
✔️ 3–8 years of B2B SaaS sales experience in a startup environment.
✔️ At least 1 year of enterprise closing experience.
✔️ Proven success closing enterprise deals with $200K+ ACV.
✔️ Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation skills.
✔️ Self-starter with a builder mindset and entrepreneurial attitude.
