auch so kann der Start in einem neuen Job sein. Bei uns musst du in der ersten Woche keine langweiligen Test-Aufgaben bearbeiten, erstmal deinen Laptop einrichten und dich berall einlesen. Wir sind eine wachsende E-Mail Marketing Agentur und unsere Kunden (E-Commerce Unternehmen) kennst du wahrscheinlich schon von Hhle der Lwen & deinem Instagram Feed. In den letzten 2 Jahren sind wir von 2 auf 20 Leute gewachsen und dieses Jahr werden wir uns nochmal stark wachsen.
Job Responsibilities

Customers:

You will work with online shops where you yourself like to shop (cosmetics, jewelry, dietary supplements, fitness products, fashion, etc.)
Communication:

You are the central interface between our customers and the team. Through regular check-in calls and close cooperation, you build strong relationships with our customers and are fully responsible for the planning, coordination, and implementation of projects.
Team:

Your main focus is on strategy development with your own operational implementation team for copywriting, graphic design, and technical implementation.
Best Practices:

You will drive the volume of emails that will bring you and us as a company forward, so that our customers are always at the cutting edge.
Ideas:

Our customers are always open to innovative tests, and we have the technical resources to make your ideas a reality.
Responsibility:

You have direct influence on the growth rate and profitability of our customers.
Qualifications

Experience:

You have already worked 1-3 years in E-Mail Marketing or CRM and want to deepen your knowledge.
Technical Know-how:

Previous experience with Klaviyo is a plus, but your willingness to learn new tools is crucial.
Communication Talent:

You approach people openly, and your positive demeanor makes it easy for others to talk to you.
Analytical Mind and Creativity:

You can interpret data and develop creative marketing strategies from it.
Language Skills:

You speak fluent German and have solid English skills in both speaking and writing.
