Part-Time Coalition Director – Virginia Partnerships

Bridging Virginia is seeking a part-time Coalition Director to lead day-to-day operations for a statewide coalition of Community Development Financial Institutions. You will manage core operations, support the Board, and coordinate events aimed at advancing member engagement.
Ideal candidates will have at least five years of experience in nonprofit management, strong project management skills, and excellent communication abilities. This position is anticipated at approximately 10–15 hours per week.
