Multi-skilled Carpenters/Craftsmen – Ace Handyman Services Sandhills
Ace Handyman Services Sandhills' commitment to providing uncompromised customer service and quality craftsmanship has resulted in us becoming the premier handyman, repair, and remodeling company in Moore and Lee Counties. In order to support this growth, we are seeking a highly motivated professional Lead Craftsman with skills in multiple trades to join our close knit team. This team member will be a professional Craftsman with strong ethics who will consistently uphold our values and act with honesty and transparency.

Projects

Interior and exterior carpentry

Trim, molding, and finish work

Drywall repair, finishing, and texture matching

Door and window installation and repair

Cabinet installation and adjustments

Flooring and tile repairs

Deck, fence, and exterior wood repairs

Light plumbing

Punch-list and maintenance projects

Light commercial tenant improvements and finish work

Who We're Looking For
We're searching for someone who enjoys solving problems and takes ownership of every project.

Our Ideal Teammate

Has at least five years of hands‑on construction or remodeling experience

Is comfortable working independently

Can confidently complete a variety of home repair and improvement projects

Communicates well with homeowners and coworkers

Shows up on time and follows through on commitments

Maintains a clean, organized work vehicle and workspace

Has a valid driver's license and a safe driving record

Can pass a background check

Is comfortable using mobile technology for schedules, work orders, and photos

Compensation
$22.00-$30.00 per hour , depending on experience, plus performance incentives.

Additional Qualifications

Proper Equipment:

Must have a good variety of basic tools, and understand which tools are needed for each job so that you can notify the office if you do not have the specific tool for a job so that we can acquire the tool for you.

Troubleshooting Skills:

Must be a quick thinker, able to examine issues and resolve them in a prompt and professional manner.

Excellent Communication Skills:

Must be able to communicate effectively with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers.

Be Presentable:

Polite and honest; a dependable truck or van that can haul tools and materials; organized tools.

Other

Must be willing to undergo a background check

Someone who is punctual and efficient maintains the highest integrity and strives for top customer satisfaction
