End-User Tech Support & AV Specialist

Los Alamos County is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide technical and audio-visual support to users. Responsibilities include installing and troubleshooting desktop hardware and software, creating user profiles, and maintaining technical documentation.
The ideal candidate will have an Associate's Degree and at least one year of experience in desktop support, along with A+ Certification or relevant experience. This position emphasizes confidentiality and requires a valid New Mexico Class D driver's license.
