2nd Shift Production Supervisor

US Engine Value is currently seeking a 2nd Shift Supervisor to manage multiple departments overseeing production of quality parts, making production plans, and ensuring a safe working environment.

Job Details:

The ideal candidate for this position will identify and correct quality problems, coordinate with the Master Scheduler to efficiently manage daily work for each machine to ensure production flow;

Assign Maintenance Technicians on a priority basis;

Provide daily direction, communicate with leadership across shifts, monitor attendance and vacation, advise, direct, coach, and lead team members.

The 2nd Shift Supervisor will compile downtime reports, ensure quality parts, perform preventative maintenance, train operators, monitor production, and lead 5S activities.
