Community Link Coordinator

Emplify Health is hiring a Community Link Specialist to help engage and bring in top talent. This role serves as a valuable resource for candidates and their families, offering personalized tours, local insights, and ongoing support to help them build connections and feel at home in the community.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main contact for candidates and new hires considering relocation, providing personalized tours, community resources, and relocation support
Build and maintain relationships with local partners in housing, education, childcare, recreation, civic groups, nonprofits, and other community organizations
Track acceptance and retention data to guide program improvements
Role Details

Scheduled weekly hours: 8.
Pay: starting wage of $25.95 per hour, plus additional compensation for relevant experience.
Work 16 hours per pay period with a flexible schedule.
Position is not benefit eligible.
Requires residence within a reasonable commuting distance of Green Bay or La Crosse, WI.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree in business, communication, Human Resources, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of and enthusiasm for the local community, with the ability to build and sustain community partnerships.
Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship‑building skills, with cultural awareness and sensitivity when supporting diverse populations.
