Key Responsibilities

Franchise Marketing Support

Serve as the primary point of contact for Franchise Partners.

Support rollout of marketing initiatives, tools, and campaigns across the franchise system.

Support Franchise Partners in adapting national campaigns for their local markets.

Help Franchise Partners understand and use brand marketing tools, templates, and programs.

Local Campaign Execution & Digital Marketing Support

Assist in developing and maintaining local marketing calendars that align with seasonal campaigns and program priorities.

Research, establish, and support local‑level partnerships, vendors, or promotional opportunities.

Develop and update local‑level marketing how‑to guides, playbooks, and training materials.

Guide Franchise Partners on local digital marketing, including social media, paid advertising, and local listings.

Capture photo and video content to support marketing efforts across social, email, and digital channels as needed.

Marketing Team Project Management & Operations Liaison

Provide project management & oversight of all external marketing requests and queries, including managing project details and timelines.

Maintain visibility into project workload and communicate timelines and expectations.

Act as liaison between the Marketing team and other departments to bridge processes and ease collaboration.

Work closely with marketing leadership and the Operations Teams to ensure Franchise Partner needs are understood and addressed.

Franchise Level Marketing SME for all SYB Brands

Act as the SME for all franchisees across the network.

Train and educate franchise community (in‑person & online, 1:1, in groups at training events) on successful execution of marketing campaigns & initiatives, and brand compliance.

Stay informed of best practices in marketing, specifically in the youth sports/enrichment and franchising industries.

Identify common challenges or requests and help improve tools, templates, and processes to better support the network.

Qualifications

Passion for our vision and mission

Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in marketing, franchise support, account management, or related role

A bachelor’s degree in a related field (including marketing, communications, business management & advertising, etc.)

Experience working in a multi‑location or franchise environment (strongly preferred)

Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience, including general SQL knowledge (strongly preferred)

Professional curiosity and the ability to leverage working knowledge for better success

Customer service mentality, proactive & professional communication

Tech savviness

Efficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Proficiency in capturing content for social media (basic photography and video)

Collaborative and creative problem‑solving skills

Highly organized and detailed, even at a fast pace

Ability to grow – accepts new challenges, and improves from feedback

Compensation & Location
Compensation: $60,000 – $65,000 per year.

Hybrid work environment: 2 days in‑office, 3 days remote.
