Position
Graphic Designer – Full‑time (Sales Operations) – Richmond – Reports to Manager, Sales Operations.
Position Overview
Graphic Designer will be responsible for all graphics functions for sales, including presentations, proposals, bid documents, and other sales materials as needed.
This position will develop an understanding of the company, products, customers, markets, and competitors, and will define and align goals with departmental goals for mutual success.
Essential Responsibilities
Obtain deliverables from departments and team members to design, build, print and deliver compelling and dynamic proposal books and presentations.
Assist in the development of supporting materials for proposals and presentations, product feature sheets, standard drawings, etc.
Lead design production of periodic sales newsletters.
Assist in the development of general materials, training documents, materials for sales events, etc.
Ownership and ongoing continuous improvement of contract, proposal, and presentation templates.
Ensure all proposals are consistent and follow brand identity standards.
Photo editing and manipulation as required.
Qualifications and Experience
Post‑secondary education in Graphic Design or equivalent.
Minimum ___ years experience in a graphic design position.
Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) such as In‑Design, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience working on contracts, proposals and/or presentations is an asset.
