Summer Event Operations Setup Crew

The Operations Setup Crew is responsible for physically setting up equipment needs for all on campus events. Working in small teams, an Operations Setup Crew will take visual diagrams to accurately setup both furniture and technology needs for events on campus. This position is constantly out all-around campus working gaining team skills, communication, and independence as they work under limited supervision. Responsibilities include:
Setup furniture and technology needs for events
Follow specific details of diagrams
Follow a schedule in a timely manner
Training new student employees
Inventory management
On-site deliveries
Assist customers with technology needs
Troubleshoot technology issues
Test equipment before events
Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications - The Operations Setup Crew is expected to be a responsible person with a great attitude. They will need to work both independently and in a team environment. This person who assumes this position will need to pay close attention to detail.
Physical Demands - Able to lift and maneuver up to 45lbs.

Hourly Rate - $16.50 - $17.50
