National Sales Director

TrackMaster Mobility is dedicated to providing innovative assistive technology solutions that empower individuals with disabilities. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced National Sales Director to drive sales and growth nationwide. This commission-based role offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement based in Clearwater, Florida.

Position Overview: The National Sales Director will lead the sales strategy for TrackMaster Mobility's product line, focusing on assistive technology solutions. The ideal candidate will be a certified Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) through RESNA and possess extensive experience in the medical device sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement national sales strategies to drive revenue growth for assistive technology products.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers (Medicare, Medicaid, private insurers), and end-users.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline, track performance, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage ATP expertise to provide informed product recommendations and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across the U.S., driving market penetration and brand awareness.
  • Experience in driving sales for mobility devices or assistive technology products.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Certified Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) through RESNA, recognized by CMS, Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurers.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the medical device or assistive technology sectors.
  • Proven experience with CRM systems to manage sales pipelines and customer relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare and insurance landscapes, especially relating to assistive technology and mobility solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment, while managing national sales efforts.
