We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer with Mastercam expertise for a OFFLOAD CNC PROGRAMMING to support a project with one of our key clients. Our client specializes in manufacturing solutions across the aerospace, defence, space, clean technology, and high-precision commercial sectors.
This involves giving a time and cost estimate and being able to give a price for each project
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam
- Select appropriate tooling, cutting parameters, and machining methods
- Support multi-axis CNC machining (3, 4, and 5-axis where applicable)
- Collaborate with manufacturing, design, and quality teams to improve processes
- Ensure compliance with aerospace/defense quality standards
- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer using Mastercam
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T
- Experience with multi-axis CNC machining preferred
- Familiarity with aerospace/defense manufacturing environments is a strong advantage
- Knowledge of tooling, feeds/speeds, and process optimization
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced project environment
