What You'll Do
- Finish and rough carpentry
- Deck construction and repairs
- Drywall repair and texture
- Trim installation
- Door and window repairs
- Tile installation and repair
- Exterior repairs
- Light remodeling projects
- General handyman services
- Seasonal home maintenance
In addition to quality craftsmanship, you'll also:
- Build estimates for additional customer projects using our field software
- Document completed work with notes and photos
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and office staff
- Identify additional repair opportunities that add value for customers
- Manage your daily schedule and job information using a smartphone or tablet
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every job
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of residential construction, remodeling, handyman, or carpentry experience preferred
- Strong carpentry skills
- Experience with drywall, tile, trim, doors, windows, and general home repairs
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and develop practical solutions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps for estimating and documentation
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Compensation: $22.00 - $34.00 per hour
The 800+ Craftsmen who represent our Brand are the heart and soul of our turn-key, white-glove home repair, maintenance, and improvement service. They are skilled and experienced in many trades, but their professionalism and attention to detail is what sets them apart from others who work in the industry.
Most of the projects completed are for Repeat and Referral Customers—folks truly appreciate our high level of service, and they often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name.
