Richfield Bloomington Honda located in Richfield, MN, is currently searching for full time light duty technicians. Schedule may include days, evenings and weekends. We are always looking for the best! The ideal candidate is reliable, ethical, possesses great people skills, takes pride in his or her work, and has a natural interest in learning and developing new skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performing vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Communicating with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and customer communication.
• Accurately documenting vehicle repairs/work performed on the repair order.
• Providing an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Team oriented
• Professional personal appearance
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in fast-paced work environment
• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• Pre-employment background check, pre-employment drug test and driving record check will be required
