The Sisley Group is looking for a highly skilled and passionate Digital Designer who can multi‑task, managing multiple projects and tight deadlines, has excellent communication & interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, works well in a collaborative environment, and an innovative thinker. In this role, you will work closely with and support the Head of Creative on key brand initiatives, while reporting directly to the Creative Services Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities
Paid Media & Organic Social Media

Design and produce engaging static and motion‑graphic assets for paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest).

Collaborate with Digital Marketing Agency for paid media campaigns.

Iterate on existing creative concepts based on key metrics to optimize performance.

Stay ahead of social media trends and formats to propose fresh, platform‑native design ideas.

Create & resize imagery and banners for organic social media posts.

Email Marketing & CRM

Design visually compelling, mobile‑first email marketing campaigns and alignment with global brand guidelines.

Collaborate with the e‑commerce and content team to format, asset‑manage and prep designs for deployment.

Maintain a strict eye for typography, layout hierarchy and user experience to drive open and click rates.

Ecommerce & Web Design

Create digital assets for the Sisley Paris website, including online exclusive offer images, homepage banners, landing pages, and product detail page (PDP) enhancements.

Localize and adapt global creative assets for the North American market, ensuring absolute brand consistency.

Maintain and organize the local digital asset drive.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 3-5 years of professional digital design experience (internship experience in luxury, beauty, fashion, or a creative agency is highly preferred).

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.

Portfolio: A strong digital portfolio demonstrating clean typography, sophisticated layout skills, and a refined aesthetic suited for a luxury brand. Motion design experience is a huge plus.

Technical Proficiency:

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop).

Proficiency in After Effects or Premiere Pro for basic video editing and motion graphics.

Experience with Klayvio, MailChimp or similar email building software.

Experience with Figma for web/email layouts.

Mindset:

Deep appreciation for the luxury beauty space and a keen eye for detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

A collaborative self‑starter spirit who welcomes constructive feedback.
