Base fee: USD $1000–$1500 / MONTH + Performance Incentives (paid via bank direct deposit)

You are a senior designer with 5+ years' experience creating high-conversion email templates, social graphics, web funnels and marketing collateral, and 2+ years on using Ai Tools almost exclusively. You are experienced in GHL email design, and fluent in using AI tools to scale creativity and speed for design and videos.
Responsibilities
Design and optimize high-converting email templates and campaign assets in Go High Level (GHL).
Deliver visual systems for web, social, ads, decks and funnel pages; maintain a modular design system.
Run A/B tests, package deliverables with clear specs, and ensure smooth hand-off to Marketing Ops & Developers.
Introduce AI tooling to accelerate design workflows and maintain high quality and accessibility standards.
