WHAT YOU'LL DO
This position blends strategy with precision and is responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen the Epic Aircraft brand, support aircraft sales, and enhance customer engagement. You will manage the day‑to‑day orchestration of lead‑generating campaigns, content production, advertising, trade shows, and experiential marketing — ensuring every execution reflects the innovation, authenticity, and confidence the Epic brand is known for.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate qualified sales leads
Manage Epic Aircraft's website, paid digital advertising, email marketing, and social media channels
Create marketing collateral, including brochures, videos, presentations, and customer success stories
Lead strategic planning and execution of aviation trade shows, airshows, and customer events
Oversee public relations efforts, media outreach, and press releases
Track marketing campaign performance and provide analytics‑driven recommendations
Conduct market and competitor research within the general aviation industry
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and customer touchpoints
Collaborate with sales teams to support aircraft sales initiatives and customer acquisition efforts
Manage relationships with external agencies, photographers, videographers, and vendors
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
You're a self‑starter and team player who thrives in fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environments. You have proven success in bringing strategic brand leadership, custom‑focused storytelling, and lead generation expertise to drive sales and strengthen a brand's market presence.
REQUIRED
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or related field required
15+ years of hands‑on experience in brand marketing, campaign management, or marketing operations at a brand or marketing agency
Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns from planning through launch across multiple channels simultaneously
Experience managing agency relationships and coordinating deliverables across multiple external partners
Strong understanding of content production, digital marketing, paid advertising, and creative processes
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns in different stages of production simultaneously
Experience with trade show planning, experiential marketing, or event logistics
Familiarity with marketing tools such as GA4, HubSpot, and WordPress
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Experience with effectively navigating and communicating cross‑functionally, internally, and externally across all levels
Superb organization skills; deadline and schedule‑oriented, yet able to flex with dynamically changing priorities
Demonstrated ability to be poised and effective during high‑pressure situations; ability to anticipate issues and have (or quickly develop) contingency plans
Proven creative and conceptual thinking with experience in setting a vision, developing robust action plans, and problem‑solving
Highest degree of ethics and professional conduct
Knowledge/familiarity with general aviation, aerospace, luxury products, or high‑value B2C marketing experience
Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
