Digital Ministry Specialist

To support a growing outreach initiative, the full-time Digital Ministry Specialist will investigate, implement, manage, and train staff on online methods of outreach to international students, with flexibility for remote or hybrid work arrangements.
Key responsibilities

Research and test new online technologies for personal connections with international students
Facilitate online Bible discussions and actively engage in social media groups to connect with students
Recruit and train a volunteer team to enhance online outreach efforts and maintain financial partnerships

Required qualifications

Adherence to the organization's statement of faith and core values
Experience in cross-cultural ministry and demonstrated leadership development abilities
Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office and Google applications
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
Well-organized with the ability to work independently and under stress
